JACOBS CROSSING

location Concord, NC

Project Type Mixed-Use & Phased Development

Jacob’s Crossing is a multi-phase mixed-use development in Concord, North Carolina, strategically located along the Charlotte–Concord corridor. Phase one delivers approximately 8,800 square feet of retail space at grade with seven upper-level residential units designed to address the growing demand for workforce-oriented housing near expanding industrial and manufacturing facilities.

Situated on a nine-acre site at the edge of an existing commercial center, the project required coordinated parking ratios, fire separation between occupancies, and integration with evolving municipal development standards. Objectechne Studio leads architectural design, master planning, consultant coordination, and construction administration, aligning phased development with market demand and long-term site strategy.

Subsequent phases will introduce additional mixed-use buildings across adjacent parcels, adapting building scale and footprint to site-specific topography and regulatory conditions while maintaining a cohesive development framework.
