The G-Team Youth & Community Center is a phased, ground-up community development project in Forest City, North Carolina. Led in partnership with a local nonprofit organization, the project is designed as a catalytic anchor within a broader neighborhood master plan serving an historically underserved area.

Phase one, currently in planning, includes approximately 8,000 square feet of flexible classroom space, a divisible assembly hall, and a catering and service kitchen to support youth programming and community events. Future phases will expand the campus to include additional classrooms, conference rooms, community offices, a local history museum, and rentable spaces for small businesses.

Objectechne Studio provides planning, programming, and full architectural services, leading a consultant team to deliver a cost-conscious, adaptable facility aligned with long-term neighborhood revitalization goals.
